Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PrivadoVPN's services and applications. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. The Service

PrivadoVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service and associated security tools including an ad blocker, antivirus protection, parental controls, and DNS privacy features. The service is provided on a subscription basis and is subject to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use PrivadoVPN, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

PrivadoVPN is provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity under applicable laws
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Conduct unauthorized access or hacking activities
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in activities that harm the performance or integrity of our network

Violation of these acceptable use policies may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

PrivadoVPN offers monthly, annual, and bi-annual subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

Prices displayed are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

5. Refund Policy

All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact our support team for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days or for accounts terminated due to Terms violations.

6. Simultaneous Connections

Each paid subscription allows up to 10 simultaneous device connections. Sharing account credentials with individuals outside your household is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance wherever possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with PrivadoVPN are the exclusive property of PrivadoVPN and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our software or content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrivadoVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
