- DNS queries you make while connected

2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create a PrivadoVPN account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We use this solely to authenticate you and manage your subscription.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full credit card numbers or banking details on our servers.
App Diagnostics (Optional)
With your explicit consent, our apps may collect anonymized crash reports to help us improve stability. This data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked to your account or activity.
